What it is
Training infrastructure, not a video library.
The difference matters when you have to prove somebody actually knows something, rather than that they clicked through eleven modules.
Courses are structured into modules with real assessments and a passing threshold. Completion produces a credential that can be attested and verified, which is the part that matters when a contracting officer or an auditor asks who on the team is qualified.
Organizations can run their own courses on it too, not just ours. If you have internal methodology your people need and no good way to deliver it, that is the same problem this solves.

None of this is exotic. It is just rare to find it working together and in more than one language.
Cohorts and progress
Run a group through a program together, see where people are, and find the ones who stalled before the program ends rather than after.
Credentials and attestation

Six languages

US English, Commonwealth English, Castilian Spanish, Latin American Spanish, French, and Canadian French — the interface and the course content both.
Learners switch language and the whole thing follows: the interface, the course material, the slide decks, and the narration. Not a separate site per market that quietly falls out of date.
For an organization operating across borders this is usually the difference between one training program and several. Your people in Madrid, Montréal, and Manchester take the same course and end up with the same credential.
How to get it

The SaaS community version is free for government agencies and qualifying nonprofits; everyone else pays. A sovereign instance — the Azure Marketplace image or the cloud-neutral download — is licensed and paid for by everyone, including government and nonprofits. That license is a nominal fee that covers the cost of supporting the software. Azure purchases can draw on credits you already hold, and both images are bring-your-own-model with no markup from us on model usage.
If you only want your people to take the SD-Agile courses, you do not need to license anything at all — send them to learning.sd-agile.com. Licensing is for organizations that want the platform, and usually the deciding factor is whether your compliance people need the training records inside your own boundary.

Both are legitimate answers, and which one is right depends almost entirely on where your compliance people need the records to sit.
